Tin boxes and tin cans are relatively easy to be broken due to long time transportation, with decades of experience in exporting custom tin cans, we have came up a packaging solution to reduce this risk by three major protection methods.
First Protection - PP Bag Packaging
To get rid of the sracthes caused by rubbing tins by tins, each tin box or tin can will be put into a pp bag or bubble(optional for maximum protection)
Second Protection - Cardboard Box Cell Divider
This is generally used to packaging the round tin cans, to protect cans from being squeezed out of shape during transportation
Third Protection - Double Carton Boxes(Optional)
To further enhance the protection of the tin boxes or tin cans, we can use two carton boxes, one as inner box, another as the final exterior packaging, aka. the carton box with shipping mark information.
Shipping Pallets for folklift to unload the tin box or tin can carton boxes easily and safely.
For large quanity of custom tin boxes or tin cans, with many cartons, you can also choose to add shipping pallets before loading to the shipping container, with the shipping pallets, it will be much easier to unload the tins when arrived and what’s more important, to avoid unnecessary damage caused by manual handling.
